24 Supported Living
We Provide a Long-term High-Supported Living Placements, we are dedicated to providing individuals with the highest level of support, and suitable accommodation to enhance their quality of life
Low Support Homes
This is short-term step-down accommodation for those who have been discharged from Hospital wards does not need much support and only require minimal support from staff and awaiting more independent accommodation
Crisis Homes
This is temporary step-up accommodation for those who are experiencing a mental health crisis and have been assessed to be unsafe in their own homes but need professional Support in the community
Independent Living
People we support who live here are more independent in the community. They are provided with weekly visits from staff should they need any support. This will include those who might be homeless in our community and need a place to call home.
